How do SHRE products work?
- 1. Order : Choose your preferred SHRE NFC-enabled product.
- 2. Customize : If you choose a product with customization, the SHRE customer service team will contact you to request the information (logo, name, and job title) you wish to display on the card. Our in-house design team will provide mock-up designs to ensure your satisfaction before proceeding to print or ship the product.
- 3. Setup : Once you receive your SHRE product, set up your personalized profile using our customer dashboard and free mobile app. Add your contact information, logo, multimedia content, and create a unique profile that reflects your brand. You can activate both NFC and QR code sharing.
- 4. Sharing via NFC: When meeting someone interested in your business, simply tap their smartphone or NFC-enabled device against your SHRE product. Your contact information is instantly transferred, making networking effortless.
- 5. Sharing via QR Code : For those who prefer contactless sharing through QR code. Your QR code can be scanned using a smartphone camera, and your contact information will be available to them in moments.
Does the other party need SHRE app to receive my details?
No, the other person does not need to be SHRE user or have SHRE app to save and exchange contacts with you. No app needed for the other party to receive your information.
How do I activate my card?
- Step 1: Tap your SHRE product on the back of your phone or near the reader to download the ‘SHRE Global’ app.
- Step 2: Once downloaded, register a new account using your email address.
- Step 3: Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your email to verify your account.
- Step 5: If you have your SHRE product with you, please select “Yes, I do” to confirm.
- Step 6: Then TAP the card on the back of your phone, holding it near the NFC reader to activate.
Can I create a FREE account?
The answer is YES! To claim your free gift card, start by downloading the SHRE GLOBAL app and create yourself an account within seconds. You do not need a physical card to activate your profile.
How do I add my details?
Your card needs to be activated in order to start editing your details. Once activate, you simply have to open SHRE app and click on “Edit profile”.
How to add links to my SHRE profile?
- Step 1: Open SHRE App ( If you have multiple products, click on the product you would like to edit)
- Step 2: Then Click “Edit Card”
- Step 3: Click on “Add link”.
- Step 4: Include your preferred URL links along with their corresponding application icons and descriptions below the app, based on what you wish to display.
Is there a limit to how many links I can add to my profile?
No, there is no limit to how many links you can add to your profile when it comes to social media, websites, portfolios, videos, or photos. Set up your perfect profile using your wildest imaginations.
How many times can I update information on my profile?
We offer an user-friendly, unlimited real-time editing for digital business cards that provides users with the flexibility to update and modify their card information on-the-fly without any restrictions.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
With SHRE, you only pay once and enjoy lifetime access with no monthly fees!

Troubleshooting
I can't share my profile. It says “Profile not found”
If your device or QR code goes to a "Profile not found" page that means it has not been activated properly.
To fix this:
- 1. Open your SHRE app
- 2. Log out and back in again
- 3. Once logged back in, go to settings, then tap "Activate a SHRE Device". Pick the SHRE product you are activating, then follow all the steps until a success message appears!

The card isn’t working on my iPhone or Android?
Compatibility: ALL NFC-enabled smartphones for both iOS & Android
- 1. Ensure Successful SHRE Card Interaction:
- a. Gently place your SHRE card at the center of their phone's back.
- 2. Verify NFC Settings:
- a. Ensure that NFC is enabled in their phone settings. If your SHRE card isn't being recognized on their compatible device, navigate to their phone settings and activate theNFC feature.
Proper SHRE Placement for iPhone:
To successfully read a SHRE, make sure it touches the top part of the front or back of the recipient's phone. For iPhones, the ideal position is near the top back or front, where the camera and sensors are located.
Proper SHRE Placement for Androids:
For Android phones, the optimal area for reading is the middle of the back of the device.
Please note that a SHRE cannot be read when:
- - The recipient's phone is in airplane mode.
- - The recipient's device flashlight is activated.
- - The recipient's phone screen is turned off.
- - The recipient's camera is in use.

How long does it take to ship our products?
The delivery within the UK usually takes about 3-5 business days. However, it could take up to 7-10 days depending on your location or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, our global shipping services are not available at this time. However, we are actively working towards expanding our reach to better serve our valued customers.

Refund policy
Returns and Refunds

Scratched or Damaged SHRE Card/Accessory
- - Eligible for a replacement with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
Customized Orders

Poor Adhesion to Case or Phone
- - Eligible for a replacement SHRE device, but not a refund.
Activation or Compatibility Issues

Persistent Issues After Contacting Support
- - Eligible for a refund, which will be processed within 2-4 days.
Warranty
- - Loss of adhesive within 30 days: Eligible for a free replacement.
- - Beyond 30 days (Pro Members): Eligible for a free replacement for damaged or lost products. Contact info@myshre.com for assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds
